Dave is a Senior Analyst at Gimme Credit with 30 years of experience in credit analysis. His many previous roles include the Head of Investment Grade Research at Banc One Capital Markets and an analyst at Everen Securities and Metropolitan Life. Focused on relative values and credit profiles, Dave takes a bottom-up approach to research, using actual figures rather than the adjusted data often provided by companies. He takes a direct approach, providing actionable recommendations rather than sitting on the fence.
He earned his B.A. from Yale University and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University before entering the investment world. One of his many skills is his ability to summarize his analysis into two or three major points, which is exactly what our clients are looking for.
